      Jessica Halderman moved to the Charleston area from her home state of Virginia with her husband, Charlie Halderman, in 2012 during a Navy permanent change of station. What started as a new adventure quickly became home; the area's vibrant culture, historic charm, and welcoming community convinced Jess and Charlie to put down roots and make Charleston their forever home.

Her experience working with out-of-state buyers and sellers, along with negotiating buyer-side new construction contracts, enables her to confidently assist clients in a variety of situations.       When Jessica is not helping clients find their perfect home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Ranger. On a sunny day, you will often find them paddleboarding around Shem Creek, exploring downtown Charleston, or enjoying everything this wonderful community has to offer.
